  5. Q: Will that patch only work on the boss stages?  Can I play a normal game with
  6.    Beavis and Butthead in it?

  8. A: The batch files set you up for a Beavis and Butthead blowout in the three
  9.    different boss stages, but after running bevbutt.bat anywhere you see a 
  10.    pink demon or brown imp they will be replaced with Beavis and Butthead.  The
  11.    only difference is the sound and the graphic files have been changed from 
  12.    the original game.  Running nobutt.bat will uninstall the Beavis and 
  13.    Butthead from you doom game.

  15. Q: Why does it take so long?

  17. A: bevbutt.bat goes through the resource file for doom (doom.wad) which is a
  18.    10 megabyte file.  Run a disk cache-ing program (like smartdrv, ncache2,
  19.    whatever) and it will go MUCH quicker.
